I made my annual pilgrimage to Stinson Beach for the start of the Double Dipsea, a trail race from Stinson Beach to Mill Valley and back. It's 14.8 miles of roots, stairs, grass, hills, torture and fun. This is the 3rd year I've run the race, and every year, I forget how hard it is. Boy am I sore! Posted by Andrea C. Another runner told me asked me if I'd see the "fog-bow" and pointed upward. I looked up and was amazed. It's similar to a rainbow, but in the fog. I didn't know fog-bows existed! Posted by Andrea C.
