Train Smart and Race Hard. June 5, 2013. Rev3 Quassy 70.3 Race Report. 8220;This isn’t fun anymore, just quit”. “If you think this is hard how the hell are you going to complete a full ironman”? Glad to be done. The guys at Rev3 put on a best in class event and while I was out on the course my family was able to enjoy themselves on the rides at the amusement park. Triathlon is certainally not a spectator sport and I’m glad they had an opportunity to be entertained while I was out on the course.

Train Smart and Race Hard. July 4, 2013. This past week I had the opportunity to attended a triathlon training camp in beautiful Mont Tremblant Canada. The camp was hosted by the Midcoast Triathlon Club. MTC), a tri club out of Maine made up of some of the nicest folks you’ll ever meet.
