Another ridiculous time-wasting health risk. On July 9, 2012. I have been working hard doing this diet thing but have just noticed a flaw in my approach to it. Before I began I had been dieting and exercising hard for around 3 weeks and generally avoiding alcohol. Then from the day after we started I got stuck into lots of delicious food and drink and eased off the exercising (in my defence the rains have played merry hell with my plan to cycle everywhere).
