Saturday, January 12, 2013. Jeff and I are so proud of Tyler! He started mens gymnastics in late August 2012 and he has just done amazing. He has tumbling background, but nothing else. Today was his first actual meet, there are 6 events they compete in and he took 1st place in 3 of those events and he took 1st place for All Around! Pommel Horse: 9.7. Parallel Bars: 9.5. High Bar: 9.1. All Around: 59.1. Floor: (sorry if it's blurry, my camera was a bit out of focus). Here is the pictures of him placing:.

Sunday, January 19, 2014. First Gymnastics Meet of the Season. January 11th was Tyler's first meet as a level 7. Him skipping level 6 has been a HUGE jump for him. Monday, January 20, 2014. Yesterday, both Miya and Tyler had competitions. Miya had to be to Cottonwood High by 9 am, thankfully Tyler didn't have to be to Lindon till 3 pm. Miya's team did fantastic! The placed 6th out of 8, but they were up against so older and tough girls. I am a horrible at taking video, especially since I'm trying to watch while doing it, but here is their performance. And my favorite picture of her! Waiting for his turn for vault-. Sunday, December 2, 2012. We had so many things scheduled for Saturday, December 1st and ended up not being able to make it to them all. We missed my work party and Jacob missed a birthday party. We did make it to the Festival of Trees to watch Miya perform and to Logan to Tyler's first competition of the season. Both of them did a FANTASTIC job! There is so much joy in watching your child perform and do a great job at it, especially when they have been spending several months doing it. Our Trip to Zions.

Tuesday, July 16, 2013. In June I took him to the new doctor, he seems great, really knowledgeable with this disease and works close with his allergist to plan out the best treatment for Tyler. He had another scope done in June and his numbers came back so high, his upper esophagus came back 100 eosinophils. And the lower came back 40 eosinophils. Posted by Aimee Dunn.
