Adams Cut the Crap. Tonight we had a very good dinner. We used our tri-blade vegetable slicer that spiraled the veggies. It was tougher, however, being 12 and watching your Dad (who was only 37 at the time) go through a bypass surgery due to a heart attack. It was life altering. Live life by showing how to live life. As discussed yesterday I have come to the conclusion that one of the reasons I was overweight as a kid had to do with the packaged/frozen dinners that were staples in my family. Sure these dinners were convenient, fast, and cheap, but at what cost?
