N240BF is owned and constructed by Matt Ellis of Parker, CO. Matt and Bill Brandt were in close contact as they were building their aircraft. As of Mid-Nov 02, Matt's aircraft has not yet flown but is very close. Matt's BF has been flying for some time. It was for sale last year but is off the market. All flying photos were received in Apr. 06. Matt's BF almost ready for flight as of Oct 02.
