Adapting to fitness for a healthier me. Monday, August 30, 2010. Saturday August 28, 2010. Had a very intense workout this morning that lasted for almost 2 hours. Did I ever need it, really worked the chest, biceps and arms today as well as the abs. I began my morning workout on the Elliptical. I used variable resistances (no less that 5), variable inclines and incorporated HIIT. Into my routine for a total of 20 minutes (the last 5 were cool down period). During my workout, I consumed 32oz of water.
