The beginning of something new. My new discoveries mixed with old-fashioned fun. Wednesday, June 9, 2010. 3 WEEKS LEFT IN CARDIFF! Adam left yesterday because he landed a job in Scotland! As for Wales, I really want to head to the eastern, coastal side of Pembrokeshire. Adam and I went on the western side and it was beautiful but apparently when the weather is warm, the east becomes the "it" place for beauty, peace and surfing in Britain. Maybe I'll head over there. The beginning of something new. My new discoveries mixed with old-fashioned fun. Tuesday, May 11, 2010. Our Mission to Find Scotlands Best Fish. Scotland is beautiful. I kinda like Wales better. (Don't tell Adam.) But since that's where Adam's family lives, that's where we went for our most recent weekend getaway. We chose to take a roadtrip of the lower Scottish Highlands, in Argyll. Our mission? Only eat seafood the entire weekend and determine the best place to eat by Sunday night.
