So, I’ve made a big decision…I’ve decided to work towards my yoga teachers qualification, obviously it’s going to be next year, I’m going to be self training at home then I’ll go away on a yoga retreat to do my 200hrs to gain the experience needed but somehow even visualizing this as part of my future is so freeing and motivating. The Ramblings of a Daydreamer. A peek inside my head. Monday, November 9, 2009. And i came up with a little number that looks something like this. Pan fried grainy bread with egg whites and and avocado. Add a little salt and some pepper, a tiny bit of cumin and i was in heaven. Also, most pleased that i didn't order it from a menu or cook it out of a packet. JOY. Dessert was a mini calippo. Bliss. As i have a very special guest coming to stay at the end of November and minty things are his favorite.
