Patton's Third Army in France and Belgium. He was awarded the Purple Heart for wounds he received during the Battle of the Bulge near Bastogne on January 1, 1945. Nearly ideal racing conditions. It was a quick little out and back. Although it wasn't a certified course, I whipped out a fast 5K, finishing in 20:37. A Day in the Life. Sunday, July 24, 2011. Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup. I made this tonight and it turned out pretty good. David and Noah both really liked it! I love a good crockpot recipe so I thought I'd share. 1 pound shredded, cooked chicken. 1 (15 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, mashed. 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce. 1 medium onion, chopped. 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 (145 ounce) can chicken broth 1 teaspoon cumin. 1 teaspoon chili powder.
