There are various sneak in methods, and I snuck into to Florida (amidst other stories) three straight years. Links to this post.

THE GOTTASUPPORTEM BLOG: July 2015

Rantings from on the field, off the field, and against the spread. Monday, July 13, 2015. Ranking the Difficulty of UGA's 2015 Games. Preface: it's obviously too early, but why not. Also note that this isn't a "power poll" of the opponents, but more so my opinion taking location, timing, etc. into account. Obviously we can't know everything yet such as game times and such. Last year. I had @SC #1 and Florida #4, but whiffed on Tech (as did UGA special teams late in the game). 4 at Georgia Tech. I'll also...

THE GOTTASUPPORTEM BLOG: December 2014
http://gottasupportem.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Rantings from on the field, off the field, and against the spread. Wednesday, December 31, 2014. Georgia 37 Louisville 14 Recap - Bowl Game Redemption. Let's give it up for the defense while we're at it. Sure the yardage allowed wasn't pretty at 376, but they won the category that mattered which is points allowed. Be it a turnover, big down and distance stop, or holding serve in the scoring zone, all thirds of the defense did a great job. The score was nice, however it was a bit of a sloppy game when wat...

THE GOTTASUPPORTEM BLOG: SEC Preseason Projected Finishes - SEC East
http://gottasupportem.blogspot.com/2015/07/sec-preseason-projected-finishes-sec_11.html
Rantings from on the field, off the field, and against the spread. Saturday, July 11, 2015. SEC Preseason Projected Finishes - SEC East. I'll also mention this is not a power poll, but a projected finish therefore it's not a reflection on who the best teams are in order. Much of my data was mined from Phil Steele, therefore I'll give credit where it's due. When you're trying to build a program, it's never fun to travel to SC, UF, and UT, having 7 straight games to finish the season with 4 of those on the...

THE GOTTASUPPORTEM BLOG: November 2014
http://gottasupportem.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Rantings from on the field, off the field, and against the spread. Sunday, November 30, 2014. Recap: Georgia Tech 30 Georgia 24. A deflating loss, in probably the most deflating way possible. With the Arkansas loss on Friday sure there was a little less energy potentially in the tank, but losing to Tech creates a much longer offseason. Rather than potentially notching an 11-2 mark with a decent bowl win, it's more of the same lackluster NYD Florida bowl letdown again. It was a strange game for sure. ...

THE GOTTASUPPORTEM BLOG: March 2015
http://gottasupportem.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Rantings from on the field, off the field, and against the spread. Sunday, March 15, 2015. In My Opinion - Nothing to Worry About Regarding the Bubble. Some pundits have moved Georgia to a "bubble position" since the loss to Arkansas. More commonly we've dropped to a 10 seed. I don't think there's anything to worry about as the last major conference at larges get in as 12's. All that being said as many have noted it may serve us better to be a 10/11 seed. Avoid the numbers ones in the second round an...

In which I describe the tumultuous road to getting published. Caution: usually involves food. Wednesday, October 30, 2013. Iris's Song 'O The Day: "Thriller" by Michael Jackson. So life happened. I was obsessed with getting a perfect town in Animal Crossing. I had to move. I had to go through another edit of the novel (complete with new title, what? So I haven't been here as often. In which I describe the tumultuous road to getting published. Caution: usually involves food. Monday, June 8, 2015. Iris's Food 'O the Day: Baked chicken wings. Okay, so. I've got a TON of peektures that I never got around to posting here so I'll start with my birthday burger in no particular order. Here's the thing. On a normal day, in a normal universe, WHY would you go to a fancy restaurant in the middle of the. Financial District and order one of their two specialties, BURGERS or FRIED CHICKEN? Appar...

Rantings from on the field, off the field, and against the spread. Monday, June 29, 2015. Phil Steele Previews The Dawgs. And look for him on ESPN in various facets this season. Below is not his full preview, but a summation and some interesting tidbits I picked up on this year's roll through of the Dawgs. Bowl Prediction: Sugar Bowl vs. Baylor. Bama goes on to the playoff in his model, so obviously this predicts us losing to them in the SECCG. SEC East: Champion (loss to Bama in Dome). RBs: (1) Ranked a...
