whatever pops out: July 2010
http://ilistthereforeiam.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 29, 2010. Just 17 days and approximately 6 hours until I see one of the best friends I've ever had! Cleaning out my closet and finding a pair of shorts I forgot I had.and finding that they still fit. Finishing up another room (well, except for a couple of crafty-type projects that will take a while) in my big summer decluttering/supercleaning/reorganizing extravaganza. Being sucked into a book (in this case, Unwind. I would so love to hear your good stuff! Wednesday, July 28, 2010. Well, I...

whatever pops out: August 2010
http://ilistthereforeiam.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Wednesday, August 25, 2010. Dreams for the day. Savoring one small square from the Dark Chocolate and Orange organic, fair-trade chocolate bar I bought last week.heaven, pure heaven. Chopping veggies (mostly from our garden) to make that spaghetti sauce I was going to make yesterday. Bowling (and sucking at it) with Rich and Gray and Max and Annie. Pigging out on the fresh garden salsa I made yesterday. Hanging out the towels to dry on this picture-perfect summer day. Labels: dreams for the day. A small ...

Tuesday, September 7, 2010. Oh my goodness. Just look at this girl. So many thoughts crowd my mind as I stare at this picture I took this morning. I hate that "summer" is over. I hate it. I'll miss you being gone all day. But at least you'll only be "gone" for school two days of the week. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays- you'll still be stuck with me. :). Since when did 13 look so old? I guess it probably always has.but looking at 13 through parental eyes is somehow different. I know you are. I hope the...

whatever pops out: September 2010
http://ilistthereforeiam.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Wednesday, September 29, 2010. I don't want to whine and dish out my laundry list of things that keep me from paying enough attention to my friends. After all, we're all busy, arent' we? I just seem to be sorely lacking the organizational skills to find a way to fit it all in.and I swear I've been trying to work on my organizational weaknesses, but I don't seem to be making much progress. I'll get my act together one of these days. I promise. Labels: people i love. Monday, September 27, 2010. But at leas...

The Vanishing of Katharina Linden ~Helen Grant - Stainless Steel Droppings
http://www.stainlesssteeldroppings.com/the-vanishing-of-katharina-linden-helen-grant
Eclectic Musings of a Renaissance Geek. The Vanishing of Katharina Linden Helen Grant. Carl V. Anderson. The Vanishing of Katharina Linden. 8211;U.S. publication, 2010. 8211;shortlisted for the 2010 Carnegie Medal. It wasn’t pure coincidence that found me reading Helen Grant’s debut novel, shortlisted for the Carnegie Medal, so closely on the heels of my re-read of Neil Gaiman’s The Graveyard Book. Lives up to its critical acclaim and its fabulous cover. Like The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie. A per...

Just me, blogging. :). Laquo; Busy, busy, busy! Peril on the Screen. September 22, 2010 by cjb32. Hubby and I finally got a chance to watch The Mist. Last night. He had read the book, so he knew what was coming. Me, not so much. And all I can say is… Worst. Ending. Ever. I thought Message in a Bottle. Had a bad ending, but this one was above and beyond bad. It stayed with me all night, and I was a total mess. Right after it ended I just went and hugged my kids for something like ten minutes. Guess that m...

Monday, October 11, 2010. On my mind this morning. My dear friend Jean. I am such an overwhelming mess of emotions just thinking about her these past few days. So many tears. Most of them sad. But it's also such a story of love. If you should read this Jean, just know how much we're thinking of you. And how very much we love you. Friday, October 1, 2010. A morning at Wickham Farms (9/25). Labels: in the populated world. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). From the Depths of Chaos. On my mind this morning.

Just me, blogging. :). Laquo; Wasn’t I just here? Busy, busy, busy! September 15, 2010 by cjb32. Then there’s Peril on the Screen. Last night we watched our Netflix movie, which turned out to be “ The Uninvited. 8221; Definitely a good one for a dark stormy night, for those who might be interested in seeing it! On September 15, 2010 at 4:02 pm. I’ve never seen The Uninvited, but it sounds like something I’d like. I’m definitely more into suspense than gore. But I must admit, you...Enter your comment here.

Monday, May 31, 2010. A long weekend- in photos. Our little local ice cream joint- first trip of the season. A trip to B&N. Finishing Annie's garden took much of the day (Rich and I fenced it, with a little help from Max. Annie did the bulk of the planting and watering, though she did allow Max to help a bit. She put in three cherry tomato plants and eight strawberry plants.). Rich, with a bit of help from Maxidoodle, began digging out a spot for the new family garden. Labels: books i acquired.
