Tuesday, 28 July 2009. I finally got around to altering the Cath Kidston curtain I bought from ebay which was left for so long mainly due to my lack of courage! The hems are far from perfect and they are slightly different lengths but I feel an enormous sense of pride every time I walk into the bedroom! This is what the window looked like before. After conducting market research amongst PitROK users and non PitROK users it was clear our customers felt that the packaging was in need of updating. Updating in terms of appearance and functionality with the new style deodorant sprays rectifying the problem of blocking that sometimes occurred with the old style bottles.

Saturday, 30 May 2009. My house is really a work in progress. Sometimes when I look round I see some snippets of vintage loveliness but mostly it's not a very inspiring home. I aim to change that.
