Hoe we Flora tegenkomen in "Op en om Adderhorst". Plantenlijst "Op en om Adderhorst". Lenteklokje of leucojum vernum. Sneeuwbal of Gelderse roos. Zevenster of trientalis Europea. Bereiding: Snij met een scherp mesje een kruis in de platte kant van de kastanjes. Leg ze een kwartiertje in een hete oven totdat de kruizen open staan. Kook de kastanjes in water met een beetje zout, 20 à 30 minuten. Pel ze voorzichtig. Lekker met spruitjes en een klontje boter.
