Monday, June 26, 2006. My camera has come down with an illness and it's called BGLOD (blinking green light of death). Isn't that sad, that there's a name for it? Tuesday, June 27, 2006. Rain Rain Go Away! I also visited Lowes to check out their cabinets and tile and made an appointment to meet with someone tonight. I already have a design I'm happy with so now I'm shopping around and working out the details (the fun part). We have a long way to save though since I want granite countertops! Thursday, July 06, 2006. My camera is still in the shop so here's the best I could get out of hubby's camera, at night, in the dark, on my lap. Sorry, not much effort on my part but hopefully you can get the idea. They're the beginnings of Conwy socks (Nancy Bush, Knitting On The Road. I'm a little worn out on the sweater and the dishcloths. I've made 5 of the dishcloths so far and I like each new color combo even better than the last. This is the most recent one and my favorite, for now. All This By Hand.

I'd say call it "Tickle" because it looks like that's what it's doing to your son's neck. I don't know why, but he looks like a Henry. Don't mind me, I wanted to call my dog Colin and nobody would let me. No point in picking a name until you find out it's gender! My girlfriend has one that looks just like this bird. Usually, the birds are kind of nasty and want to bite the crap out of your finger (which we found out is because all the other Petcos send their trouble birds to them! Wednesday, August 23, 2006. We are all, in fact, alive and well. Hubby had appendicitis so things have been a little crazy around here. He's doing well and is back to work and I'm glad to get back into the normal swing of things around here. My baby girl is finally walking! I started months ago and made a little dress, all of which I will post about soon. I'm feeling inspired though so I may pick up some knitting tonight. I promise to post with pictures soon! Friday, August 04, 2006. Amy Butler Covington Bag. I have a FO to show you! I finished the Amy Butler Covington bag. That I intend to use as a knitting bag. I tell you, I just love sewing for the speed of a project from start to finish. With 2 kids, my time is definitely limited so my knitting projects seem to be taking forever!
