Thursday, January 31, 2013. Posted by Lindsey Murray. Tuesday, January 29, 2013. Bunch of fresh green beans washed and cut. Can of coconut milk. Clean and cut onions and carrots. Saute in a pan with oil until cooked through. Place chicken in pan and cook on low. About 10 minutes, flip half way through. Add coconut milk, broth and spices. (These can be changed up depending on what your in the mood for! Simmer on low for 30 min. Add Green beans in the last 5 minutes. Enjoy by itself of over brown rice.
