This is a joint effort among law enforcement agencies in Orange and Alamance Counties and the North Carolina Highway Patrol. The BAT (Blood Alcohol Testing) Mobile, provided by the Governor’s Highway Safety Commission, will also be on site. Being on the CHPD listserv is the best. If you booze, you lose.
