Addy’s Giving Heart started in March of 2013,. Addy was a bright, loving 8 year old, who loved life and everyone in it. Always happy, with a smile on her face even through all she endured. Addy had a pediatric stroke at 5 months and because of that she had several different types of seizures. She endured many lengthy stays in hospitals, r.
