Adele's Gonna Get Thin! Wednesday, 25 August 2010. Ok so I've had a pretty relaxed weekend and am starting to feel a bit like I need to kick myself back up the bum! Had a night out on Saturday which started off well. a good, healthy meal before we went out, stuck to vodka and diet cokes. then the drunken-ness and pizza craving took over me and I gave in. Oops! Follow on to this a lazy, hangover Sunday and it feels like forever since I was doing so well! Friday, 20 August 2010. Start as we mean to go on.

Adele's Gonna Get Thin! Wednesday, 18 August 2010. Why start a blog? Ok so I am starting a proper online blog for the first time ever. Basically, I'm a twentysomething female and have always been more on the "curvy" side. Don't get me wrong; I'm not grossly overweight, morbidly obese or bedridden because of these "curves" but they do get me down from time to time - more or less because there are just too many of these curves going on for my liking! I'm only 5'2" so they're more visible than they should be.

Adele's Gonna Get Thin! Friday, 20 August 2010. Start as we mean to go on. Just a quick update to say that I got weighed this morning and I am indeed making progress! In two and a half weeks I have lost 8lbs, which is over half a stone! I'm pretty chuffed so hopefully this will spur me on to keep going - just another three and a half stone to go before I reach my target but this will do nicely for now :). Ciao for now lovelies xox. Adele's Gonna Get Thin! Thursday, 19 August 2010. Ok so today has been another successful day in sticking to my new healthy-eating and lifestyle plan. I've eaten pretty well methinks, today I've eaten:. 2 weetabix and 1 medium banana with semi-skimmed milk,. Half tin of Oxtail soup with two slices of wholemeal bread,. Cod, jacket potato and peas,. Bowl of fresh pineapple and graps,. And again I have consumed coopius amounts of water - I'm getting fed up of visiting the bathroom(! Ciao for now lovelies xox.
