The Conrow Family Blog. Sunday, June 19, 2011. Alan's mom came out for a visit this week and the girls were just overjoyed (I think Grandma was, too :). Tuesday we just spent around the house - Alan went to work but came home to take me to lunch while Grandma stayed home with snoozing kiddoes :). Grandma was scheduled to leave on Saturday but not till later in the day so we made it over to the beach that morning. Adeline had been looking forward to going to the beach with Grandma and. The Conrow Family Blog. Sunday, November 21, 2010. Today was Memorization Sunday at our church. Adeline and I had been working on The Lord's Prayer for a few weeks and practicing saying it on the stage at church. Today she recited it beautifully with the microphone all by herself. The Conrow Family Blog. Sunday, May 30, 2010. We've had a fun couple of weeks here at the end of May! I got these shots of the girls playing together with the blocks on May 19th. The Conrow Family Blog. Saturday, June 5, 2010. Today Lyon Township had their Second Annual Kite Festival, totally free! So we went for a few hours and had lots of fun. Adeline decorated her very own kite. Free Face Painting (Adeline's first! LOTS of kites in all shapes and sizes. Adeline jumped in a bounce house for the first time, too. The Conrow Family Blog. Friday, December 31, 2010. Today we got to see Megan for the first time since April! The DeYoungs spent the summer in Zambia working on an adoption (which sadly did not go through). Peter and the girls returned in time for the school year to start, but Megan stayed in Zambia for another month. She came home to San Antonio in October and the whole fam made it up to Holland for Christmas (on New Year's Eve :). Adeline took this picture :). In it out on the deck. The crazy part?
