רק שלא בלשית וגם בלי כלב. אנחנו הולכים בשדרות המרכזיות של בודפשט (אנדראשי), שנסגרו לתנועת מכוניות לצורך הפנינג. יש המון דוכנים ומול בניין האופרה יש במה וכיסאות כי תיערך שם הופעה ברחוב להנאת הציבור. רגע לפני תחילת ההופעה הכיסאות כבר תפוסים כולם. ואז המוזיקה מתחילה וכולם נעמדים. אני: תראה מה זה, כולם עומדים בדיוק כשהמוזיקה מתחילה, איזה חוסר התחשבות. האופנוען (ביובש): זה ההמנון. אה, זה מסביר את זה…. ההופעה עצמה. שאז הקהל כמובן לא עמד…. האמא הגרמניה ואני בשיחה על מבנים מעניינים בעיר. הוא: להתראות בפעם הבאה.
