A Dingo Ate My Travel Blog. Tuesday, August 10, 2010. Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. I was lucky because when I holded the koala it actually looked at the camera. The koala felt nice and soft. He was just the cutest thing. And the boat ride was awesome because they had hot tea and hot chocolate and it was awesome. I tell you, awesome! And I got to see kangaroos and feed them. Do you know what the best one of those two things is? Probably holding the koala. I loved cuddling the koala. It was my favorite part.

Only its not people lining up to eat inside, its pelicans lining up outside. They know that the folks at Charis feed the pelicans (and seagulls and other water birds) at 1:30pm sharp. I love any city that is located on the water, and Sydney enjoys one of the prettiest harbors in the world.
