So lookie here, I was able to find exactly what I wanted for $220 (retail), which is $70 cheaper than their top-of-the-line(? I could not find my 25" on sale anywhere, so I ordered thru EMS and used my $25 off coupon.came out to $211 delivered.

No sense in asking others for recommendation, as they have no idea what they are talking about anyways. Since it is YOU who will be wearing them, YOU need to decide for yourself. We snowshoe hiked today at a local park for about 1.5 miles up and down the hills and stuff. Perhaps the snow was a bit too heavy? It kicked our ass big time. Out of shape for snowshoeing? Perhaps. We were drenched in sweat in the high 30sF. We won't be able to do much snow hiking in this shape. That's for sure. Dunno, but before another storm comes.

Pencil Sharpener: Must on Trailhead Check-In Counters. 1- How many times have you seen broken or very worn pencil tips at the register? 2- How many times were you not able to sign in because the pencils were spent? 3- How many times did you walk back to your car and grab a writing instrument to sign in? 2- more than a few times. I will forever fix those problems as long as I am able to hike.
