Tartan Day, 2009. The celebration included our annual spring hike in the mountains -. This year on Little Crow Mountain in Keene Valley, NY. On a snowy Saturday in April, four stalwart SASA members once again celebrated Tartan Day with our traditional hike. A wee dram was well earned and enjoyed at the summit. Dinner followed at a local restaurant. We celebrate Tartan Day on the first Saturday in April. Save the date and plan to join us next year for the hike and/or for dinner afterwards!

With a more favorable day than in recent years, two SASA members conquered both Little and Big Crow summits while three others led and encouraged them on. Our traditional toasts to the Scots at the tops were well earned and enjoyed by all. Dinner followed at a local restaurant. We celebrate Tartan Day in April, usually on the first Saturday. Celebrated April 10, 2010.
