Thursday, December 22, 2011. We found out on tuesday that we have a 9 month old little gal waiting for us in Ethiopia! We received quite a few photos of her.and this mom and dad think she is absolutely gorgeous! Actually picture a female Trek; there really is quite the likeness! So from here on out we don't have any real timeline to bringing her home.but we are hoping she will be home before this time next year! Wednesday, December 7, 2011. What a sweet little man! Sunday, February 5, 2012. Happy 11 months sweet baby girl! Oh, and just 22 days until we meet our daughter! We are so excited, but have so much to do! Trek will not be traveling with us so we need to get some documents organized related to his care while we are gone! So bittersweet to leave our son to go meet our daughter. Then to leave our daughter shortly after meeting her and rushing back to be reunited with our son. We hope that it won't be too long before we are together as a family of four! Happy 4...

Friday, October 15, 2010. Yesterday we were so pleased to welcome David and Audrin's little man into the world! Ole John was born at 8:30 am He was 7 lbs and 20 1/2 inches in length. Audrin had a long haul delivery of her sweet little man.I will save that story for her to tell! We were all there shortly after he was born, but didn't get to see and hold Ole until visiting hours later in the afternoon. Audrin was recovering and couldn't have visitors yesterday! Tuesday, April 17, 2012. These are the wonderful words that we have been waiting to read in an email from the US Embassy in Addis Ababa. We are clear to come pick up our sweet little E! We are literally in shock.this all seems to have happened so fast! We left Ethiopia just over 6 weeks ago, and we get to go back and be with our daughter forever! The soonest we will be leaving is Friday 4/28, with return 5/3 or4.already have been checking flights and we do have a couple of options! Thinking of you guys!
