Leap of Faith: Ethiopia
http://leapafaith.blogspot.com/2009/07/ethiopia.html
Thursday, July 2, 2009. Once in a while people will ask questions about our journey in Ethiopia and what it was like. Today, I had the opportunity to share Grayson and a few stories of Ethiopia with people from Brandon's work. At that moment it takes me back and I realize I travelled to a different country, continent, culture and community. and brought home our son! Let me share a few pictures. Absolutely amazing don't you think? These pictures were all taken on our trip North of the city about 3 hours.

They are HOPING to give referrals before October. We are not sure if we will get a referral in this group anymore. On a lighter note, Gavin loves school! It is keeping us very busy. I also start float building for homecoming this week so that will be fun too! Tuesday, September 9, 2008. I really miss him!

We had our own mini coffee ceremony with decaf coffee and popcorn from our popper. I did not roast my coffee beans, though! Way to go, little Ethiopian coffee girl! There were so many things we ...

We love how your smile reaches all the way up to your eyes. We love how you think about others, and have a lot of courage to stand up for what is right. We love how you are a leader out on the ball diamond and football field. You never give up. We love that! Love Mom and Dad. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.
