How old is Abigail? July 12, 2010. That is the question of the day! When we received the referral for Abigail, they guessed that she was 3 and a half. Since Ethiopia generally doesn’t keep birth records, there is no way to no the exact day or even month that she was born. When we passed court, they created a birth certificate there and gave her Charis’s birthday WITHOUT EVER KNOWING that we had a child with that birthday. Crazy God thing, huh? I’ll keep you posted! Saturday, July 12, 2014. The gate agent gave me new receipts for the luggage. They have been found, he said, and safely on the plane. We have been meticulously planning this trip for the past year. Last night at ten pm we were notified that American had canceled our 7 am flight to LA which is why I can not stand legacy airlines. I was still awake in spite of a 4 am departure from home.
