Monday, October 31, 2005. What an exciting day! First we got our Consulate appointment and then we got updated pictures of our beautiful, sweet, adorable daughter! Those eyes of hers are amazing! Wednesday, August 17, 2005. New CD's for Nicole. I've been listening to the two new CD's I bought for Nicole. They are great! One is 'A Children's Lullaby Sleep CD' and the other is called 'Chinese Lullabies' by the Beijing Angelic Choir. I LOVE the Chinese Lullabies CD. It is so beautiful and calming! Reminds me of a Chinese version of Enya! I hope Nicole likes it too! Posted by Kelly and Nicole at 4:55 PM. Monday, August 15, 2005. Just got back from the base. Thursday, February 23, 2006. 1 year well-baby check-up. To heck with the cats, I see my morning snack! I'm exhausted after a rough morning at the doctors. Nicole did very well at her well-baby check up. She's great with the doctor but isn't too fond of the shots. Our baby had to get 4 shots and a needle prick to the finger. Considering how painful it was for her, she did very, very well. She pointed to them! Nicole now knows how to say 'eggs' in sign language! Yep She's a smart cookie! On her new swing.

Thursday, October 06, 2005. We're the proud parents of Nicole Tong Shu. She was born 2/9/05 and is waiting for us at the Chenzhou Children's Welfare Institute in the Province of Hunan.
