Holly's Hobbies: March 2012
http://myhollyhobbies.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 20, 2012. Yes now it's time for. About a year ago when I was visiting my sister in Seattle, I came across this quilt square from littlemissshabby.blogspot.com. And thought it would make a really cute pillow for my daughter's daybed. I decided that I was going to go ahead and make the one for Thing 3. I used the tutorial (above) with a little change. I used the strip quilt technique to put together smaller squares. Fabric needed (if not using scraps):. Cut fabrics in 1 1/2 inch strips.

Thursday, December 13, 2012. Craft Group: Christmas Table Topper. So the Halloween Placemats. Were such a hit, that I decided to try the same technique and make table toppers for various holidays. I had some left over red burlap that I cut into 2 squares (they are about 22 inch squares). Using my Cricut, I cut vinyl stencils for each of the corners. After applying the vinyl to the burlap, I used newspaper and painters tape to cover the rest of the fabric. And the final product was a fail! Holiday Shoppin...

Holly's Hobbies: July 2012
http://myhollyhobbies.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 2, 2012. I apologize for the lack of posts lately. Between having family and friends in town for my daughter's high school graduation, issues with the new little kitties in the family and taking my daughter's on an amazing trip as a graduation present, I have been a little busy! A while back I found a website where she made dresses and skirts from old t-shirts. The website is lilblueboo.com. I used two women's t-shirts. Sew the side seams. I used a girls tank top and a women's t-shirt. Then ...

Holly's Hobbies: Can it Still Be Haunting Time?
http://myhollyhobbies.blogspot.com/2012/11/can-it-still-be-haunting-time.html
Friday, November 30, 2012. Can it Still Be Haunting Time? I'm really embarrassed at how late this is - It's almost the beginning of December, my Christmas decorations are almost all up and yet I'm just now posting about my Halloween decorations. So here is some of what we did this year:. I use the same cookie sheet that I use for my Christmas Advent Calendar. On top of my armoire. I know it needs a little more especially on the plate side, but I haven't found the right thing yet). Are on my kitchen table.
