Phoebe's World: thoughts about drama, education and life. 知道有志願團體收集頭髮，為癌症病人製造假髮，是因為見過一位朋友把頭髮剪短捐出去。那個機構在台灣，朋友剪下頭髮後郵寄過去；那時候還未聽過香港有類似服務。 捐髮這個念頭自此一直留在心中，卻無法實行，因為長年以來在一個教育劇場中飾演的角色需要束辮子。終於在去年，演出安排有些改動，我只需要在某幾個月份演出，可以把想法付諸實行，而這時我也發現了香港有這種服務。不過，原來剪下來的頭髮必須至少有八吋長，我未及格，只好多等一季。 洗淨頭髮，吹乾，紮起來，剪下放進密實袋. 去到髮型屋，髮型師告訴我原來他們曾經為客人剪下頭髮，儲起一併拿去捐贈。遇上有客人要剪短長髮，他們也會邀請客人捐髮。真有心！ Http:/ www.cancer-fund.org/cancerlink. 想起來，自己已十多年沒蓄短髮，感覺挺清新的！由於近年採用的天然 洗髮. 方法，令本來又粗又硬的髮質柔順了許多，蓄短髮的效果也好得多了！ Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

如果戲劇是我向外的動修， 文字定是我向內的靜修。 www.adramaland.com. 65288;原本這是幫一本雜誌寫的文章。但文章交了出去，雜誌卻一直未有見到。反正寫了，也放在這裡好了）. 十年來，我到了近三十間小學，提供戲劇治療服務。 到來的小孩各有不同的情緒需要或社交問題──不肯上學、沒有朋友、打老師、動輒哭鬧、不肯說話、無固大叫，過份執著、膽小焦慮……五花八門，應有盡有。 但老師們總是訝異，為什麼這些孩子特別愛來我的戲劇治療小組。而且，很神奇地，他們來過之後的幾天，情緒通常都穩定很多。有些日子參加得夠長的孩子，竟還變得活潑而可愛起來。 嗯，我猜，是給了他們三個沒有吧。 其實，誰要他們讀別人的劇本呢？他們自已心裡，就有很多戲碼要試演了。 現在的孩子都很可憐，一天都晚要演大人安排給他們的故事與角色。學這個、考那個。忙得根本忘了自已。 老師們總是納悶，你不是做戲劇治療嗎，怎麼兩手空空的到來？道具呢？服裝呢？ 椅子可以是船，可以是戰場上的壕溝、可以是鱷魚……. 桌子可以是病床、可以是獨木橋、可以是屋簷……. 老師們總是緊張，他們進步了多少？進步得多快？ 訂閱： 文章 (Atom).

如果戲劇是我向外的動修， 文字定是我向內的靜修。 www.adramaland.com. 一位前輩到來參與我的一天工作坊，完事，我當然不放過機會請她賜教幾句。 她其中一個觀察是：「其實，你做戲劇治療的日子也不短了，但是你在頭十多分鐘還是非常緊張的啊，為什麼呢？」. 真的，這樣的工作坊，我大概做過幾十次了。這次要帶的活動大概也做過至少百幾次了，但我還是緊張啊。 因為每次的人都不一樣，每次都有不同的互動，對我而己，每次都是第一次。一如所有的第一次，我總是緊張。 原本我就是一個超級害羞的人。小時候要我唱ABC，未唱到C我已經放聲大哭；初中的時候，我在第一排介紹自己的名字，第三排已經聽不到我的聲音。在人群前說話，我下了好大苦工，做了很多功課，才走到這兒。 但慢慢就好了啊，後來你就不緊張了，為什麼呢？前輩問。 大概是因為自己的害羞和怕人，我總是比較能同理那些也是有社交障礙的個案。我自己也是在一點一滴地克服，有時候，還真的是跟個案一起進步的。 但當我和大家都可以使壞可以搗蛋可以開玩笑可以用上整個肢體動作時，我們比較平等，每個人均攤分了注意力，我鬆一口氣。 訂閱： 文章 (Atom).

如果戲劇是我向外的動修， 文字定是我向內的靜修。 www.adramaland.com. 張銘耀 （German）。 初認識他是十五年前。在拾香記，他演我哥哥。 那時候，他未入演藝學院，我未讀戲劇治療。 十五年後，他成立了劇團「一路青空」。而我成了媽媽。 幾個月前，他致電我，說要搞一個親子劇場Pillow talk〈枕頭細語〉。說是一邊演戲，一邊帶領親子遊戲。好好玩啊！聽起來很像我在戲劇治療小組做的事情。不過，今次他們還有一群專業演員的帶領。 我明明很忙，明明連睡覺的時間都不夠了，明明說好多留點時間陪子女，我竟還是答應了幫忙給點意見。 以前，香港的兒童劇，觀眾比較被動。 雖然未看過他們排練。但讀了他的劇本，跟他就演出和活動聊了一下。 他說，孩子跟他總是玩得很開心，而很多家長不懂，為什麼跟他就特別好玩呢？是怎麼玩呢？要玩什麼呢？ 他說，其實跟玩什麼，幾乎沒有很大關係，重點是玩的態度。 不只一次，有社工跟我說：「你帶的遊戲，我也帶過，為什麼帶出來就是沒有那個效果。」. 我看看那位社工永遠都很認真的臉，我說：「可能因為我自已也玩得很開心吧？」. 訂閱： 文章 (Atom).
