The long and painful road to IRONMAN. Monthly Archives: July 2014. So it all starts here…. And I started living a healthier lifestyle I lost a lot of weight, and felt a whole lot better about myself. I have a wetsuit and so I’m well on my way. My plan is to compete in Copenhagen August 2015. I will be 30 by then and I think it would be a fitting achievement to complete it then.
