Wednesday, August 29, 2012. Sorry it has been awhile! I have been so busy and overwhelmed with real life. Since I left you last I went to the Outer Banks for a week with my boyfriend and his family. Tuesday, February 28, 2012. I guess I need to post a pic. But I literally have not had any time. I am now 14lbs ligther. But I am just hanging out around 170. I want to weigh 160 or less. I look in the mirror and don't see myself any skinnier. I started C25K. And am still on week 2. I have so many excuses it isn't even funny. I don't want to run when it is cold, or windy. Friday, January 20, 2012. On January 8 I decided I was tired of squeezing into pants that were a size I didn't like and started using an app on my phone called My Fitness Pal. WOW it is working! It allows me to scan the barcode on things and basically all I am doing is watching my calories. I have lost 6 pounds so far! I am so thrilled! I put on a pair of jeans yesterday I had never worn! I had bought them at the church thrift store and they had never fit. They fit GREAT! What an AWESOME FEELING!
