We were with the CREF foundation. This group helps sponsor children in rural China to help fund their education. We also spent a little time in Hong Kong, Xian and Bejing besides the rural villages in China. Here are a few fun pictures. Marble Boat at the Summer Palace. One of the sponsored students. Though if you switch out the red pepper for an orange one and serve it in orange bread bowls, it's great on Halloween too! http://justafallenstar.blogspot.com/2010/09/dr-feel-good-account-update.html
Waiting for the Stars to Fall. Friday, September 24, 2010. Dr Feel-Good Account Update. So I promised to share some of the things that I deposited into my “Dr. Feel-Good” account this week, so here they are. Also while I was walking around the dinning rooms, I saw two of my roommates who had come to my restaurant to eat on their day off. It was fun talking to them for a couple minutes as they were finishing their meal. But it was so much fun to make them smile and laugh! Labels: Disney College Program.

Waiting for the Stars to Fall. Friday, October 1, 2010. I had to choose the guest of the hour at work today (yes, STILL at Flame Tree). His whole face lit up, he was so excited! Can you please join me in giving him a big round of applause? And it made my day a lot better too! My heart was racing and I felt...
