Aperitivos, Acompanhamentos e Molhos. Pratos Salgados e Saladas. Doces, Bolos e Iogurtes. Sábado, 9 de agosto de 2014. Bolachas de Manteiga com Pistácios e Sultanas. Da Siba e tive de adaptar ao que tinha em casa na altura, que eram sultanas, em vez de arandos secos. Não fiz as quantidades exactamente como ela, mas também resultaram muito bem. São uma delícia e a ideia de dividir a massa em doses e congelar para ter "à mão" para quando apetecer uma bolachinha é excelente. 1/2 colher chá aroma de baunilha.

His signature "dish" is the macaron .and no, it is not "macaroon" which is a meringue-like baked cookie. With macarons like these, his reputation as the maestro of macarons is well deserved.

Uma daquelas "overdoses" de chocolate que sabem tão, mas tão bem. A receita foi inspirada nesta. Que acredito ser também muito boa, mas tive de dar uns pequenos toques para ficarem "meus". 1 cup (capacidade de 250ml) de manteiga em cubos (usei cerca de 200gr). 3/4 cup açúcar amarelo. 3/4 cup de chocolate em pó (uma embalagem).
