Real talk™ for non-technical founders.

Adrian Pike is writing on the Svbtle. January 10, 2014. Real talk for non-technical founders. I just need engineers so I can build my product! This is (unsurprisingly) the most common problem I hear from non-technical teams at pre-product stages. They’ve got a vision and a dream, but it’s often outside their reach of execution. Can you do it manually and unscalably[1]? If it’s the former, read on. If you’re not prepped to give at least 10% , you’re not being realistic. Go with a 4-year vesting grant,...

I’m going paperless.
https://adrianpike.svbtle.com/im-going-paperless
Adrian Pike is writing on the Svbtle. January 5, 2014. I’m going paperless. For 2014, I’ve finally vowed to go paperless. I have a filing cabinet, overflowing with the relics of bank years past. I have a to-file box. Most of it will get recycled, but finding the time to sift through them is a task all its own. I have yet another box filled with unopened envelopes as they roll in. An end, a beginning, and the future.
https://adrianpike.svbtle.com/the-end
Adrian Pike is writing on the Svbtle. December 19, 2013. An end, a beginning, and the future. I’m proud to announce today that we’ve sold Stride to Neil Patel and Hiten Shah. The folks behind such great SaaS apps as KissMetrics and CrazyEgg. It’s the end of an educational, stressful, fun-filled joyride, and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved. We’ve passed the torch on to a team that can take Stride above and beyond, and can make even more magic for our customers and partners. Andrew.
