I've been eating a lot of shit this week, but otherwise my goals have gone pretty well. I biked to work 5 days, and bked on my day off. I worked out once and went on one 20 minute run. I didn't have a single cigarette. Not one! I spent upwards of $80 going out. November 7, 2011 at 5:25 PM. Biking to work and no cigarettes?

On paper, it's hard for me to imagine a worse place. I literally stand around all day and give people samples of cheese and charcuterie. I get free drinks (normally to me, non-alcoholic drinks are DEATH*. I run screaming. They terrify me). But actually, the shop has a lot of dry soda. Speaking of which- tailoring. Has anyone done it?

So I haven't smoked for two weeks. I think I'm done! That feels great. I've kicked an addiction. And yet here I am, feeling like a fat fuck, and drinking more than ever and hating everything. I mean I don't hate everything, obviously, right? Here's what I do know: I have an average of 500 calories a night from alcohol. That's got to stop.
