July 12, 2007 · 3:57 am. Father, Give them light. Yesterday I toured the Grand Mosque here in the city. I learned a lot about our cousins. My heart was grieved as I listened to the devout guide explain his faith to me. This stood out to me the most: Every day cousins are on their faces praying for light. Can you believe that? They are praying for light. When that precious man told me that I immediately began asking that very thing. Father, Give them light. 8221; My thoughts settled here:. As I pondered a...

July 24, 2007 · 8:17 am. I love that I was able to capture this on video! At the end of an English lesson we taught these precious children this little song. They worked so hard to learn it and were so proud that they could sing it in English. My prayer is that they would trust that I love them and the Father would use that to draw them to Himself. Lift these little ones up – they need the love and protection of our Father. One response to “. July 25, 2007 at 2:45 am. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

June 8, 2009. I found this in my drafts. I offer you this today, even though it’s ocho de junio…which does not sound like a holiday at all. In honor of the Mexican independence, I give you a couple stories about David. (He is Costa Rican, so you pronounce his name Dah-veed.). I met David one evening, and he asked for my phone number. I’m sure Theresa spurred me on to give it to him, and then he said, “I’m sorry, what is your name? I forget.”. The point is my name is not LINDA! Episode #2: You like me.
