Pumpkin Apple Streusel Muffins. 2 1/2 C flour. 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice. 1 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1 C canned pumpkin. 2 C finely grated peeled apples. 2 Tbsp. flour. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. 1 Tbsp. cold butter.
