Sunday, March 29, 2009. There are beautiful flowers popping up all around me. The stupid pollen is making my head want to explode. Sunday, March 15, 2009. I Am The Winner! Anyways yesterday I competed in a tournament, and I got 1st! Tomorrow I start my new training schedule, it isn't too bad. I train 6-7 days a week but 6 of the 7 are only a hour training a day:. Monday: Weight lift/Strength train - 1hr. Poomsae Class - 1 hr. Tuesday: Poomsae - 30 min, Aerobic - 30 min. Wednesday: Strength train - 1hr.
