Overflateintervall ved Hin Daeng. 2 nordmenn møtte oss på Koh Lanta, Kristian Ruud og Asbjørn Hoaas, kjente fjes. Lislien meget fornøyd med Nitrox blandingen. Koh Lipe - #thismustbeparadise. Lagt inn av Kjetta . Nordmenn på OMG Bar, lytter til P1 selvsagt - OL 2014. På Lipe kan man finne hovedstranden Pataya Beach, Sunrise Beach og Sunset Beach. Dykkedagene ble interessante, Vegard og Heidi gjorde dypdykkerkurs med eier Dave og Håvard gjorde navigasjonskurs med instruktør Cece. Thomas virker passe interessert i dypdykkern men den kommer senere. Thomas sjekker ut Nemo ved Lipe. En hage full av lilla bløtkoraller på dypet. Spiten har aldri følt seg så utladet.

Tuesday, December 21, 2010. Nå er det ferie og vi har vært på roadtrip. Kjørte langt nordover, helt opp til Exmouth. Ca 150 mil en vei. Det blåser så mye at trærne vokser skjevt. Vi kjørte innom mange steder på vei opp:. Coral Bay og Ningaloo Reef. Ningalo Reef er 260 km langt og ligger utenfor kysten av Exmouth og sørover. Revet ligger så nære kysten at det er mulig å svømme ut til det, i motsetning til Great Barrier Reef på Østkysten av Australia hvor man må kjøre båt ut i tre timer. Vi så en skilpadde...

Sunday, July 25, 2010. Weekend at Cobb Street Cougars. Helgen ble tilbrakt i Cobb Street i Scarborough som ligger helt ute ved kysten. Jada Den krøllet seg i hvert fall sammen så jeg fikk satt et glass oppå. Og der fikk den pent vente til noen andre kom å kunne ta den med ut. Så dro vi på festival i Perth! Hot Chip, Angus og Julia Stone, den fikk jeg dessverre ikke med sånn kjempemye av for da var det en som spydde meg litt på armen, Band of Horses og The Strokes. Det var moro altså! Luke er alltid glad.

Home is where your heart is. Mandag 25. oktober 2010. Hvor begynner man når man ikke har oppdatert på nesten en måned? Vi har hatt middagsgjester, spist kjøttkaker med brun saus og poteter (all ære til søstrene Steffensen for det) , vi har servert vafler og vi har vært i norsk-ecuadoriansk bursdagsselskap til Oliver. Jeg har prøvd å tilvende meg kaffesmaken, uten hell. Vi har badet i dulces, tortas og andre godsaker, så nå er det nada godteri på noen uker. Livet er fint i Ecuador. Send dette via e-post.

Vi er igang med språkundervisningen, og det er jammen ikke lett å lære seg et nytt språk.
