Sunday, March 16, 2008. I recently purchased a new .22 rifle for varmint hunting and to have a good plinkster. The gun I purchased is the Remington Model 597. But in the camo composite stock. I mounted a 3-9 x 40mm scope and it is a pretty sweet little setup. I have been out west towards Snowville a couple times before, but never had much luck. Now that I am equipped with a super high powered rifle we can go slay some bunnies. All animals filmed in the making of these videos WERE harmed and or killed.

Wednesday, August 31, 2011. The Trip West - Day 12 - "Hiking to Surprise Lake". To Wednesday August 31st. Once again, sunrise took a little bit longer but while I waited, I made a fire and got together breakfast. These fire pits are the only thing keeping me going with the calories. I really can’t stand couscous anymore and I’ve done well, only eating just less than one canister the entire trip. Good thing I’ve been able to find so much more along the way.
