Pregnancy, round 2. For the three day President's Day weekend, we found cheap train tickets to Nuremberg, so we packed a bag and hit the rails. The city is known for its Christmas market, architecture, little bratwursts, and has a haunting Nazi past. We've always talked about a quick trip to Nuremberg, but always put it off. Don't put it off, people. This place is fascinating. We started our first day at the former Reichsparteitagsgelände. He enjoyed looking at the pictures and slept through part of it.

Pregnancy, round 2. I've had so little time to blog these past few days but so much I want to tell you about. I hate that. After a good.decent.night of rest and breakfast, we were all ready for another day of Barcelona adventure. The Sagrada Familia (Holy Family Church) was at the top of our list of must-see in Barcelona. It should be at the top of yours, too. That being said, if you are planning a trip to Barcelona, make your reservations for the Sagrada Familia here. This picture makes me laugh. :).

I'm wracking my brain trying to remember the details about our Switzerland trip while scrambling to eat breakfast, chug coffee, plan a week long trip for April, and do laundry and pack for another trip. Thursday, October 18, 2012. Home Cooking for the Hubby! Since Jason has been home, I have been trying a few new recipes out on him. A couple of them we really enjoyed and I will be making again soon! My favorite is called Sweet Baby Ray's Crockpot Chicken. We got introduced to Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce in Indiana and were so thankful that they sell it here in Colorado, too. This recipe is so easy, I just threw it all together and had Jason turn on the crock pot during his lunch. 1 tsp red pepper flakes.
