It's been awhile but I have been spending every waking hour with my head in the toilet praying for the ability to throw up. I have spent so much time in the bathroom the tile has an imprint of my butt on it. I saw the doctor and after the exam he told me everything felt and looked great! No more bed rest! The swine flu has attacked! Let me think about that! I can't wait until the first trimester is over!

Wednesday, April 21, 2010. 4 boneless chicken breast. 2- 14 1/2 oz cans chicken broth. 1 - 14 1/2 can diced tomatoes with jalapenos. 1 can drained corn. 1 can rinsed black beans. 1 jar salsa (I like black beans and corn salsa, newman's own has a good one and so does Walmart). Cook for 8-10 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high. When done take out chicken and shred, return to pot. Eat with Tortilla chips.
