Thank you to John and Barbara, we got her back in the Fall of 2009 when she was in milk as a first freshener, and she has been milking ever since! Wednesday, February 12, 2014. The only girl of the season. so far. She is out of Northwest Goats Lil' Prissy and Goat Town USA Powerhouse. She had a little rough start in life but is doing great now. Prissy, her mom, is now 10 years old, so a single doeling isn't too bad I'd say ;). Her name is Breathtaker. Nothin' quite like a spoiled kid. Wednesday, September 25, 2013. I was asked to type up the many different types of wormers that can be used on goats. So, here we go. My personal favorites as far as how well they work are the injectable Tramisole (levamisole) and Cydectin Pour-On (given orally to goats). Tramisole is unfortunately not on the market anymore to my knowledge - thankfully I have a large bottle given to me by an old time breeder. I only use the Tramisole sparingly due to this, and usually use Cydectin with good success. These...
