Monday, December 31, 2012. I still have people reading this blog, I suppose. I have neglected my poor blog for so long now. It has been MONTHS since I last updated. Terrible. I hope you'll forgive my absence. According to the Chinese Zodiac and feng shui things my mother does, I'm going to have an awful year and I have to put random things around my room and the house to protect myself from the fates from murdering me. The fire rabbit and water snake don't get along. Hope I don't die. Come back to Japan!

Got a second job. Quit lol. Started working daytime shifts at the first job. 10x more stress! RECEIVED MY CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY. HOT DAMN I AM GOING TO NIHONLAND. Sunday, September 7, 2008. Mixi is not helping. I'm not sure if I've ever mentioned it before, but Japan's youth have their own version of MySpace/Facebook called Mixi. Dungeons and Dragons application? Friends spamming The Office. It allows me to fit people into stereotypes that are fairly accurate. People who visited your profile. Thursday, March 31, 2011. Japan is a country with many wondrous, exciting, and strange things. It is a land of (mostly) cute creatures that magically disappear into balls, where a man made of bread rips parts of his own face off to feed to children*, and 14-year-old school girls transform into planetary heroines after school. It is also a place where you can pay to play with cats and drink coffee at the same time. He knocked that box over twice in the hour we were there. Man, I totally. My cat cafe date.

Tuesday, April 29, 2008. Golden Week is upon us. Since we had today off, we went clubbing in Roppongi last night. Roppongi is um. well it's not the nicest place in Tokyo. Lots of clubs and bars, and many Nigerian immigrants working as bouncers for those clubs and bars.
