Thursday, July 9, 2015. Mutli IFR Flight Test.Post 1. Wednesday, February 12, 2014. Mutli Engine Flight Test: Two engines: Twice the fun. July 16 was one of the best days of my life. A day that proved to me that i can do things that utterly and totally surprise me, things i never imagined were possible. Strangely enough, 26 years ago, if it weren't for that day, i would not have been alive at all! Sheepskin seats, 'twas the night before flight test! As the sun set across the fie. And to top it all off, i...

Adventures of Fran and Stephen. Saturday, September 17, 2016. FAIRWELL TO NOVA SCOTIA. Here is our route covered by this blog post. With multiple waves of settlers, by 1783, Shelburne’s population ballooned to 17,000 making it the 4th largest settlement in North America. Tackling Childhood, One Adventure At A Time

Tackling Childhood, One Adventure At A Time. Monday, September 13, 2010. I am really loving vintage looking Tees. Alice got a few for back to school. While R and I were folding laundry he turns to me and says. Why does that t-shirt look so old? It is suppose to! R doesn't know much about fashion. So I wanted to take a picture of Alice in her latest vintage tee, featuring Cookie Monster. She was really excited because it has been a while since we've had a "photo shoot.". A points to the camera. The lines ...

Adventures of Frank the Monkey | rock climber, craft beer connoisseur, road warrior

Adventures of Frank the Monkey. Rock climber, craft beer connoisseur, road warrior. Climbing Red Rock Canyon in the Summer! This will be my second summer climbing and living in Las Vegas. People often assume that we don’t climbing in the summer in Red Rock, which is simply not true. Granted, it’s a bit toasty and there are some alternatives (like Mt. Charleston) but it’s pretty reasonable to get in some decent climbing in the summer heat of the desert. 2 Find some shady climbs. And also light colored and...
