Wednesday, May 20, 2015. All Colors Were Represented. I had a pound of bacon that had to be cooked last night, so I assembled the most gorgeous salad: A mix of a variety of lettuces and spinach, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, purple onions, cheese, and sunflower seeds.
