My kids are growing too quickly. Their personalities evolve daily it seems. My daughter is 10 going on 15. Sometimes I am left with an openmouth at her sarcastic remarks. This wonderful torte is sure to bring pleasure to whomever you serve it! 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened. 3/4 tsp vanilla extract. Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs and vanilla, mix well. 3/4 cup butter, softened. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Combine and press into ungreased 9 inch springform pan. Wednesday, June 16, 2010.

There's a Penguin on the Telly. Wednesday, August 26, 2009. Recently, I had reason to venture into our fine county courthouse, for the purpose of assisting my older son in paying a traffic ticket. He hadn't realized that the court would not accept starter checks and he had not yet received the "real" checks for his new bank account. Chicken breast drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, salt and peppered, topped with sliced plum tomatoes.
