Love, Life and Marriage: Another school year
http://saralynn-marriageintodayssociety.blogspot.com/2011/08/another-school-year.html
Love, Life and Marriage. Ramblings of a married lady. Monday, August 15, 2011. Another school year approaches and I am ,yet again, surprised how quickly the summer went by. My kids are growing too quickly. Their personalities evolve daily it seems. My daughter is 10 going on 15. Sometimes I am left with an openmouth at her sarcastic remarks. Oh how I dread the teenage years. But I am hoping that our close rapport will see us through the rough patches. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). As good as it gets.

Happy Baker: Kitchen Closed......
http://saralynn-toobusytothink.blogspot.com/2009/05/kitchen-closed.html
I created this blog to have another place to ramble about cooking, kids and life. Saturday, May 30, 2009. However, I am in a lull right now. Juggling school, work and home was stressful for a while there. Dinner has been old family favorites that I have long since posted about. Never fear! I draw inspiration from you all everyday. I am here, always reading your posts, even if I don't comment. Hopefully I can get back to my blog with the summer break! Hope you all have a wonderful summer! A Little Like Me.

There's a Penguin on the Telly: Lost in Translation
http://theresapenguinonthetelly.blogspot.com/2009/08/lost-in-translation.html
There's a Penguin on the Telly. Wednesday, August 26, 2009. Recently, I had reason to venture into our fine county courthouse, for the purpose of assisting my older son in paying a traffic ticket. He hadn't realized that the court would not accept starter checks and he had not yet received the "real" checks for his new bank account. I work right around the corner so I offered to write the payment from my checking account, he could write his check to me and all would be good. Right? Also on this fine day?

There's a Penguin on the Telly. Sunday, August 23, 2009. Great Literature Being in the Eye of the Beholder. My mom is still in the hospital, recovering from surgery. On my way to visit her this afternoon, I stopped at the local bookstore to pick up some magazines for her and maybe some short stories if I could find some she hadn't read yet. Had her husband and pre. Teens in tow, and was she righteously angry? Does NO ONE in this town read? She said, in the sort of smug tone you usually here from eighth-g...

Then wrap the chicken in bacon slices.(the bacon was baked in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes and drained before being wrapped around the chicken bundles) Then bake uncovered for 27 minutes until cooked through. 1 tablespoon...
