Monday, April 21, 2008. Indiana Jones Artifact Poster. This started as a practice sketch/speed painting from a photo of Harrison Ford in the new movie. About 20 hours later, this is how it looks. It's still not quite finished. The surrounding artifacts are from various photos, which have been tweaked in photoshop. The figure of Indy is completely digitally painted . These are samples of the little pin ups I was doing at the Toronto Fan Expo this past weekend. Storm and Red Sonja being my favourite lasses to draw, followed by a close margin by undead girls. The mummy girl's pose is based on a Dr.Sketchy's Toronto sketch of model Lena Love. Incidentally, the first piece to sell was SHAZAM heroically holding a hot dog.

You trace line art onto special Shrinky Paper, colour it, cut it out and put it in to the Shrinky Dink Oven.
