I joined a local gym and started a new routine. I was doing great work out two times a week and then on my own the other days. Did great lost 15 pounds and a pant size and a shirt size. I got sick and fell off my plan. Why it is so hard to get back on? I'm sad to say I have gained 10 pounds back and my cloths are getting snug :(. Weekend 1 Me 0.

Advocare Mommy - Weight loss journey. Friday, August 9, 2013. Day 30 and Down 15 pounds! Tuesday I add MNS into my daily routine and have seen amazing results 4 pounds in 3 days and feel great. Totally what I feel like then I workout! Weekends totally mess me up and my goal this weekend is to not get off track and gain I have messed up every weekend so far so we will see Monday morning if I did or not! Advocare Mommy - Weight loss journey. Wednesday, August 28, 2013. Its been a while since I have posted anything. SoThis journey is HARD and its so easy to fall off track but, I haven't given up. I'm going to keep going no matter how many times I have to get back on track. So I have always wanted to climb the trail in Fults and thanks to Advocare I finally did it. I had my little man aka my personal trainer he kept me going telling me I wanted to look skinny. Oh that boy! August 28, 2013 at 9:22 PM.

But overall changing my eating habits big time. While I still have more to go to be my dream size, right now I am very happy being where I am until. I seriously stuffed myself last night and felt so sick all night and all this morning. Lots of running around today and haven't been good at anything. And I just read your comment and it has inspired me. I am a challenge drop out. I'm not sure what happened? Well actually I do. My self esteem was hit by something that was said to me about my weight. I tried to let it roll off my shoulders, but I just felt like I couldn't do it and I just wasn't good enough.
